One of Britain's largest chains of privately owned dental practices is up for sale in a deal that could determine the company at around £300m. Private equity firm LGV Capital has appointed investment tip Hawkpoint to advise on the sale of its 51pc shareholding in Integrated Dental Holdings (IDH). LGV's move to sell follows an investigation into a refinancing of the business.
